The Val Royeaux Prison consists of a series of holding cells just off the Summer Bazaar in Val Royeaux to house those arrested of local crimes.

Val Royeaux Prison Map
After confessing to the murder of the Callier family, Blackwall is taken into custody in Val Royeaux and brought to the prison to await sentencing. The Inquisitor visits Blackwall and questions him on the events before receiving a report from Cullen detailing the crime. Cullen suggests that the Inquisition can use their influence to get Blackwall released into their custody and thus pass judgment back at Skyhold.
