i've just been playing DA2 and i have a little talk with bodahn he says that they are going to orlais because the divine (or somone) has noticed sandals enchanting skills,
the reason i bring this upis because i feel bioware are going to use sandal/bohdan as a way to tell where the next game may be set, they certianly appear to be a reccuring theme, they've been in origins, witch hunt and DA2
so my speculation is that DA3 will be set in orlais
