I read The Masked Empire, and I know where his name comes from and everything, but I also know that the word for slow is "felas" and arrow is "assan". Why isn't his name "Felasassan", then? I realize that this would obviously sound more ridiculous, but wouldn't that be correct? Or is it just a diminutive, like how the name "Julian" means "youth" because it is derived from the Latin "juvenis", meaning youth? So that it sounds similar and therefore has the same meaning even though it's not exactly the same. I'm probably reading too much into this and you all probably have no idea what the answer is, but what the hell, why not ask anyway? StillAlive (talk) 03:01, December 4, 2014 (UTC)
