Missing informations

Based on the item ID it's a Legacy item. Should it be handled like other generic items, e.g. the Ornate Amulet? But its effect isn't scalable, I think. So what's with its value? Should it be listed on Item ID codes (Dragon Age II)? Can someone please help me completing this page? -- CompleCCity (talk) 12:09, September 25, 2014 (UTC)
