Absolute best assassin boots?

These seem to be the top of the line for boots, at least if you use critical hits moderately to all the time. Adds 2 to all attributes too, so it's lack of rune spots is acceptable. What armors go best with these, gloves, hands and hood? --Est Nikkas Oth Mithas (talk) 17:11, December 19, 2014 (UTC)
