Stealth

i found it useful during battle, like a mini feign death, but you have to have combat stealth, so by then if you use it as an escape you can use health pots or just use it to get a critical hit, other than that...no its pretty useless.

Stealth for a Rogue hero is quite useful to avoid unneeded xp in the pursuit of obtaining key companions early such as Morrigan, Wynne and Zevran. This allows you to better allocate their skill and talent points. On top of that, chucking grenades with a rogue that has level 2 stealth allows you to soften up and reposition groups of mobs huddling together. The different types of grenades are each on their own cooldown timers so you can multi-chuck with only a small chance of detection per throw (I think 10% from what I read elsewhere on here). And of course stabifying a mage from stealth is always fun.
