Existence Verification[]
I'm pretty sure this schematic is non-existent. I've been farming for weeks now across two accounts with no luck. It refuses to spawn. Even some Tier 3 random loots were easier to get than this. Can anyone verify if this exists or not? --Music Is Life 04:04 pm,Apr/28/16
