Need a source on where the #s are coming from, page needs to be re-written to not sound like guesswork.

Bonuses added to Arcane Shield can be seen through Toolset (+15% dodge and spell reistance). Not sure how to check passive bonuses, when Arcane Shield is not active. P22 09:16, April 9, 2010 (UTC)

Pc v1.05 confirmed

i used the editor and can confirm that the passiv bonus is 5% in displacement(dodge) and spell resitance. the active is 15% in both. toghter we get 20% from 1 talent, making it easy for an arcan warrior to get dodge capped/spellresi capped.
