Rifts in the Fens is a side quest in Dragon Age: Inquisition.
Active fade rifts has been spotted in Montevelan Village, Dirthamen's Grove, and the Crow Fens.
Acquisition
Obtained when the Inquisitor establishes the Fens Camp in the Exalted Plains. The war table operation Gain Access to Ghilan'nain's Grove must be completed in order to establish the camp.
Walkthrough
Close all rifts to complete the quest. Enemy levels for all rifts will scale to the party's average level within a certain range. The rifts can be found in the following locations:
1. South-east of the Fens Camp
- ~Level 15
- Wave 1: Despair Demon (1), Greater Terror (1)
- Wave 2: Despair Demon (2), Greater Terror (2)
- ~Level 15
2. In the Crow Fens, north-east of the Fens Camp
- ~Level 15
- Wave 1: Rage Demon (1), Despair Demon (1), Wraith (2)
- Wave 2: Rage Demon (2), Despair Demon (2), Wraith (2)
- ~Level 15
3. In the Crow Fens, north of the Fens Camp and the second rift, near the Gamordan Stormrider high dragon
- ~Level 15
- Wave 1: Despair Demon (1), Greater Terror (1)
- Wave 2: Despair Demon (2), Greater Terror (2)
- ~Level 15
Rewards
Closing each rift yields:
- 967 XP
- 200 Influence
- 2 Power
There is no additional reward for completing the quest.
Notes
Although the quest description states that fade rifts have been spotted in Montevelan Village, the rift inside the village is actually part of the Rifts on the Battlefield quest instead.
