Renegade's Coat is the name of Anders' companion armor. After completing his quest Justice (quest) you will receive a black version of the coat.

Edit
This is not just a cosmetic change, but it also removes all rune slots from Anders' armor.
This bug can be prevented by getting the Sigil of the Mage Underground upgrade after the color change.
