Pet Rock is an item in Dragon Age: Origins, specific to Shale. It requires the Feastday Gifts and Pranks DLC.
Acquisition[]
Pet Rock is originally a gift, purchased from Bodahn Feddic. It will become a functional item upon giving it to Shale. The default name for the pet rock is "Herbert", but it can be renamed.
Uses[]
Shale can demonstrate the joys of owning a pet rock (Shale will simply throw it on the ground, so you must loot the item back). There is a 5 second cooldown.
