Nursery Seeds is a collection in Dragon Age: Inquisition.
Acquisition
After arriving at Skyhold, it becomes possible to obtain seeds when harvesting herbs in the wild. The chance to obtain seeds is random for each harvest, so it may take several tries, though only one seed is required for each type of herb. It is possible to collect seeds for all but two of the herbs available in the game. These seeds are used with the herb planters in Skyhold's garden to allow additional harvests of herbs directly from the garden. For more information regarding the use of herb planters, see the section on the garden in the Skyhold article. The Skyhold garden can be upgraded to either increase the ability to grow more plants, or create a Chantry space for resources from the faithful. Elan Ve'mal and Mother Giselle can always be found at the Skyhold garden. Morrigan can be found at the garden as well after completion of Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts.
Out of all the available herbs in the game, there are only two missing from the seed collection, making them impossible to be grown in the garden: Crystal Grace and Deathroot.
The Optimal Cutting perk will grant the Party a 10% greater chance to receive extra plants from each harvest.
Certain seeds may be synchronized across playthroughs using the Golden Nug.
