Nehrappan Iss is a belt in Dragon Age II.
Acquisition
May be looted from the Sten first encounted in Lowtown at night while doing the quest To Catch a Thief. The Sten is next to Wall-Eyed Sam. Doesn't always drop however and you may need to kill him a couple of times to get it to drop.
