As the quest, Long Way Home, is about to end, Hawke will accompany Merrill to her new residence, called Merrill's Home, at the Kirkwall Alienage in Lowtown. This house is where Merrill will be when she is not with Hawke.
In Acts 2 and 3 there will be an ancient mirror that Merrill is trying to fix, becoming the focal point of her companion quests.
