| A piece of Orlesian leather stitched and riveted with such skill that even unfinished it is aesthetically pleasing. It is not so much cut as unassembled. A tooling imprint suggests that there are six pieces in total.

Finding all 6 pieces unlocks the Battledress of the Provocateur item and the Provocateur achievement.
Note: you need a lockpicking score of 40 to get all the pieces.

In order of appearance
- On the corpse of Jovi Merice during the quest Kill the Loose Tongue.
- In a locked chest behind a locked door in the Noble's Estate (once you enter the hall it will be the door right in front of you).
- In a locked ornate chest in the master bedroom where you plant the papers.
- On an armor stand in the room with the Weapons Master and mabaris, before you exit the estate the second time.
- In a locked chest in the first room you can enter after the second portcullis in the dungeon.
- In a desk drawer inside the chantry, right where you start.
