Katriel's Grasp are light gloves in Dragon Age: Origins.

The Theirin family refused to die. This was a problem for the Empire, for the stubborn Fereldans would not accept Orlesian rule so long as some vagabond in the woods could call himself their king. So the Orlesian court sent their agents in Ferelden a gift: A bard by the name of Katriel, to assassinate the surviving Prince Maric. She did not, of course, succeed, but that's another story.
