- Dropped by two-handed warrior corpses in Crestwood in the Black Fens, the Flats, and East Side Hills. They re-spawn when entering Crestwood.
- Randomly sold by Saphi in Val Royeaux for 20
(infinite amount, requires The Short List Inquisition perk). - Random loot from Bruiser-type enemies.

- Used in the specialization quest Way of the Reaver.
