The Helm of Honnleath is a heavy helmet from The Stone Prisoner DLC for Dragon Age: Origins. It is one of the most powerful armor pieces available due to its ability to increase all attributes by 2.

- Looted from the corpse of the desire demon Kitty in the final room of Wilhelm's Cellar in Honnleath.
Notes Edit
- The Helm of Honnleath cannot be upgraded by the Party Storage Chest.
- It imports successfully to Dragon Age: Origins - Awakening on the PC version of the game. On the console versions, it does not.
