I will be getting the Strategy Guide with my copy of the game and was wondering if others would like the stuff in it posted on here somewhere to help out until the Wiki is filled up with all the information we can find after the game releases?? I'd be wary myself. Scanning in images of or copying the guide would be seen as a breach of copyright, and if uploaded in its entirety, it'd be hard pressed to be considered Fair Use, and probably then removed from the wiki. Though I am in no way a legal expert or fluent in Wikia's terms of use, but that's the way I'd interpret it. You could just take the bare facts and write them up in your own words, but then that's the same as filling the wiki without the guide and would take ages --Bel3338 (talk) 13:23, November 15, 2014 (UTC)
Afternoon (nb. my 1st edit), Bel3338 is in all probability correct; you cannot simply copy and paste material beyond a 'fair use' threshold, at least in as far as English & EU law is concerned. Fair enough. It was preordered for me I was told afterwards so yeah I didn't pick to get it specifically. I was also thinking about that last night as I am aware of strict copyright rules when it comes to images as well and thought about paraphrasing it anyway. Yeah I will take your suggestion and give paraphrased bare facts. Like a "Inquisition Hotline". Like if you were looking for a good cross-class combo to think about using when putting specs on the characters or whatever.
