I ask just beacuse of my curiosity. What would you like to learn from the upcomming book? I wish to learn more about Wardens, new types of demons, Primeval thaig, Tevinter, Rivain and the Inquisition and what kinds of magic magisters created and what stole form Arlathani elves. It's an art book. The kind that has mostly pictures in it. I doubt that it has answers to some big secrets. -Algol- (talk) 18:54, February 27, 2013 (UTC)

Yeah, I think the stuff this will tell us will be nothing but otherwise useless trivia. It will not contain more information on important subjects than the games. For one, first issue will be released before DAI, and if it's chronological, it would be rather a bad tactic to feed us all the info that will probably be found in the released game.

But in general, I expect to learn from it things that are not worth mentioning in the games, like exact dates and so on. Also, maybe answers to some confusing questions, like is Knigh-Vigilant the same as Knight-Divine and so on. Henio0 (talk) 19:08, February 27, 2013 (UTC)

On that note, I'd hope for some official coherence on the DAO/A - 2 timeline, but I doubt this would show up in an art book. For instance, how did DAO transpire in enough time to leave a six-month time skip to Awakening, while still getting it all done with enough time for Anders to embed himself in Kirkwall circa 9:31? Some hints about the state of Kal Sharok and how exactly its inhabitants have been changed would be fantastic. Have they become worshippers of Hashut? :-p I will greatly enjoy any Orzammer artwork as well though, the character of the Dwarves in Dragon Age is just superb.--Kroem (talk) 22:36, February 27, 2013 (UTC)

I love lore. Especially dwarven lore. I hope I'll find lots of it in the book which I have pre-ordered. Viktoria Landers 08:27, February 28, 2013 (UTC)

I'm most interested in the culture and politics of the various nations of Thedas, particularly those that have had little or no in-game attention. Basically, I'd like it to show us more of the world than we have had chance to see before. Failing that, I would be happy with lots of pretty pictures. I'm easily pleased.--Darkly Tranquil (talk) 05:44, March 1, 2013 (UTC)

I'm hoping the artists have spend quite some time studying architecture and ecology books so that the diferent countries/cultures actually look different.--Abidos (talk) 08:36, March 1, 2013 (UTC)

Griffons. That is all. Believe it! (talk) 23:59, March 1, 2013 (UTC)

Details on the rulers of all the nations; Who the Kings/Queens of Nevarra, Antiva The Anderfels & Rivain are. The rulers of the other free marches city states, Kal-Sharok, Who the Imperial Archon is, who The Black Divine is etc. I want names and info even if a brief summary =D --XxDeonxX (talk) 23:14, March 3, 2013 (UTC)

Since it's multiple volumes I expect a lot more than pictures. But since it's straight from the writers, is it safe to assume that anything written in it is considered Word of God (logic/retcons be damned)? RShepard227 (talk) 05:43, March 7, 2013 (UTC)
