I've played a bit of Trespasser but I cannot continue it due to several glaring errors.
- My Divine (Cassandra) can be in the party, Vivienne however is not
- I rejected Dorian, yet he greets me as an old friend
- My party members after the toying with the Eluvians start decide they won't follow me unless I give them an specific command to attack (they just hold still, no matter what otherwise). This one is kinda deadly to me unless it gets fixed
- OP Qunari. I'm not sure which bug I get hit with, but the Qunari hit way harder then any 'regular' mob should do. Almost like the game upped the difficulty (and yes, I've checked for the status of the Trials)
- Unstable conversation. Lots of animation lag. Like, a shitty lot.

Anyone else who got glaring bugs? --Eternal Undead Dragon (talk) 22:58, September 10, 2015 (UTC)

The only ones I've come across are:

  • I have Celine on the throne with Gaspard and Briala working with her, yet they said "Gaspard's on the Throne"
  • I had the no-follow bug the first run-through for a while, but my second playthrough seems to be working fine.
  • Sometimes when sneaking up on the Harlequins, they'd disappear even if I legitimately "caught" them.

Whenever someone uses Lunge and Slash my framerate tanks and the game often just crashes. Disabling the ability seems to temporarily fix it, though. --FenrirSmallKeladin Storm (Talk) 23:23, September 10, 2015 (UTC)

I have mysterious random crashing to desktop when entering conversations or even starting the DLC from the map. It's something new that hasn't happened until this DLC. CLuhrsen (talk) 16:11, September 11, 2015 (UTC)

The devs are seemingly aware of the Gaspard glitch and the Lunge and Slash glitch (using the old upgrade is supposed to fix LnS for now). I've had the harlequin glitch many times, and the last conversation with Solas has a moment where the cinematics are gone and the camera zooms out that looks awkward and ruins immersion. I also had problems trying to skip lines (they won't skip, then suddenly they skip several I didn't want to) and my entire party freezing or suddenly "running" comically slowly as well, and the new upgrade to fire mine asking me to target them even though that should be impossible/unnecessary.--ssalgnikool (talk) 16:45, September 11, 2015 (UTC)

I've noticed the slow comical running bug as well, but I have yet to start playing the Trespasser dlc, it has happened a handfull of times over the last few weeks in various locations and party configurations. --Sadandyrkaar (talk) 19:04, September 11, 2015 (UTC)

I'm not sure if this is a glitch or maybe I'm missing something, but when going to view my ability skill trees, all of the upgrades seem to have doubled up. By that I mean it shows 2 upgrades (one behind another) on all my ability upgrades. Warden Mage: Ferris (talk) 20:08, September 11, 2015 (UTC)

Thats a new fancy feature, not a bug. You now have a choice between two different upgrades for each active ability. Marvelous isn't it. --Sadandyrkaar (talk) 21:29, September 11, 2015 (UTC)

My Inquisitor married Sera, but when I went to speak to Cassandra afterwards she said "you and the commander make a great pair". The other characters (and Cassandra from that point on) treated the Inquisitor and Sera like they were married, so I'm guessing someone just put the wrong dialogue there.

Not sure if this is a bug, but after the conversation with Solas the screen goes dark for about 10 seconds. The dialogue with the Exalted Council triggers normally. Is there supposed to be an overly long fade-in portion between the two scenes, where dialogue can be heard but the screen is black? It feels off but maybe it's supposed to be like that. Silver Warden (talk) 03:49, September 12, 2015 (UTC)

So, my Trevelyan romanced Cullen, Cassandra is the divine and friend. I think there is bug at the final scene when the whole bunch is standing together. They start to leave and only Cullen remains beside my Trevelyan. And then Cassandra comes back and stands at the exact spot Cullen is standing :D So these characters are standing at the same spot and clipping. It looks weird :-/

I have the same long black screen after the talk with Solas. I was wondering that myself, if it is supposed to be or not. But if it was intended I guess there would be at least subtitles in the black screen? Don't know. Katschaba (talk) 12:20, September 12, 2015 (UTC)

Not a bug, really, but the final rundown of what happens to the characters after Trespasser goes so flipping fast I can't read it all. And I read pretty fast. I'mSoConfused (talk) 23:00, September 12, 2015 (UTC)

^This. I reloaded from a save just before talking to Solas in order watch the epilogues a second time, so that I could read what I missed. What was wrong with waiting until we pressed a button to advance the text, Bioware? Silver Warden (talk) 00:35, September 13, 2015 (UTC)

I came across a bug on my first playthrough of trespasser. The bug happens when I'm confronting Solas infront of the giant Eluvian. During the conversation, right after "What happens next?" option, just before the scene where Solas says "I will save the elven people, even if it means this world must die", the game suddenly jumps out of cutscene mode. The inquisitor slightly hangs in midair in a "restroom sign man" pose with an angry face, and Solas is a level 1 attackable mob. He's stuck in one place but keeps repeating the walking animation (he stands still once I change to another party member). My party is suddenly behind me too. I got out of the bug by activating a skill, subsequent testing showed normal attacks work too. The skill actually hit and killed Solas. I can also "unfreeze" by swtiching to another party member (they can kill him too) and its like any other normal fight. After Solas dies, the game went back to the cutscene. Also, I'm not sure if I should call it a bug but after the fight just before entering the Eluvian to talk to Solas, Cassandra becomes unselectable. I can see her and she follows me around but her profile drops out of the party members displayed on the left side of the screen. During the Solas conversation bug, she disappears entirely. This seems to be an unusual bug since I haven't found anybody on the internet complaining about it. I haven't tested this bug yet with other origin inquisitors so it may be female-elf-romance specific, or Korean bought specific(though there's only one language option, English). I don't think dialogue options are the cause because I tried them all to the same result. It's not a big bug, I just have to kill Solas, but it breaks my concentration on the story every time. (Also while in "attack Solas" mode, you can see Viddasala behind you. She's not attackable but in a NPC state you can't talk to.) video of bug--Loveagame (talk) 16:57, May 11, 2016 (UTC)
