So...i was wandering, if i make alistair king along with me as his queen and then he falls in battle against the archdemon...who will rule fereldan ? me or anora ? Anora takes the throne since the Warden was only ever technically a consort. Anora becomes a skilled queen but never remarries. You can read more here. King Cousland | Talk   22:11, July 8, 2012 (UTC)

Anora will become queen by default because the Landsmeet agreed on Alistair and a female Cousland ruling jointly. Without Alistair the Bannorn goes with the queen they've had for five years already. Your female will not become queen until after the Archdemon is dead, and for that she needs Alistair as king. The Cousland cannot rule alone, male or female. So if the Cousland disappears then the remaining spouse rules, be it Alistair or Anora. Believe it! (talk) 18:34, July 11, 2012 (UTC)
