You can also get Ancient Elven robes that share appearances with High Keeper's by doing a quest of 4 runes around and near the Dalish camp. I haven't yet found any schematics, though. One thing puzzles me: Dalish mages can get Ancient elven/High Keeper robes, rogues can get Dalish Scout (+ schematics from a merchant), but what do the Dalish warriors get? As far as I can tell they are stuck with generic Inquisition armor, which is lame. If you mean the tier 3 schematic, if it is a fixed drop I got it from the last dragon at emprise du lion. Highland Ravager I think it was called, Highland something anyways.

There's the schematic for keeper robes, that's the one the highland ravager drops. You can buy the dalish scout armour schematic in the hissing wastes.
