If you go on the official Dragon Age website, below the "Your Journey Awaits" section is a hand holding a sword. On the hand are 4 rings. The far left ring is clearly the Seekers and the far right is clearly the Templars. Who do people think the middle 2 rings represent? My guess is one has to be the Mages (maybe the glowing red ring with an inscription) and the other one is either for the Qunari, the Imperium or a new group that is "leading" the Inquisition. I think it's significant that there are no rings with Griffons (i.e. no Grey Warden insignia).

You're terribly wrong, the glowing ring is not the symbol of mages, the ring of the middle finger is a symbol of circle of magi. The glowing one is unknown. Additionaly on this hand are 5 rings. Dragonage3-bg-image 78.8.138.4 (talk) 18:11, July 12, 2013 (UTC)

I think the rings represent the backgrounds we'll get to choose. There's the Seekers (only for rogues and warriors most likely), an unknown ring, that looks a lot like the 'Red Lyrium' from DA2 , the Circle Insignia (only for mages), and the Templars (rogues and warriors). Also, we can't see it very well, but there's a ring on the thumb and that could signify Grey Wardens. (for all class, obviously) The blade has a dragon on it that looks significantly like the dragon in the Fires Above trailer and I believe that dragon could be the Old God, Lusacan, Dragon of Night. Would explain the Fade ripping open. Oh and Flemeth could be Razikale, Dragon of Mystery. Hence the reason in DA2 she says "Perhaps I am a dragon." These are just my theories however... ----Nolanie

Well, I see there's Latin words in the glowing ring so guess that it's Tevinter Imperium (like the Roman Empire, right?)! The ring on the thumnb will be the insignia of the Inquisitor!! --Naghin (talk) 07:31, July 13, 2013 (UTC)

What about dwarwes ? Cant that be a possibility ? (However ridiculous it migth be) --DaLover (talk) 19:46, July 13, 2013 (UTC)

I don't think so, DaLover! The dwarves nearly retreat from up top world n only trade! Dwarves n Qunari will be allies or enemies to deal with big main side on the ring the Inquisitor wear!--Naghin (talk) 01:29, July 14, 2013 (UTC)
