Looks like this:
I just started a new run and saw this in both Haven and Hinterlands. Anyone else seen this? DaBarkspawn (talk) 01:16, June 9, 2016 (UTC)
- Nothing like posting to cause one to figure something out. It turns out that this only happens if you hit the requisition table before the officer. Normally the officers are pretty aggressive about talking to you, so I never saw this before. DaBarkspawn (talk) 01:43, June 9, 2016 (UTC)
