On the Bioware forums someone posted a link to the achievement list for Inquisition. And seeing as on the Xbox One, when you unlock an achievement you also get a neat image that comes along with it... Some major things have been spoiled. Like for example the possable final boss of the game... So avoid clicking the links below if you don't want to be spoiled.

Also a bioware employee was posting in the forum just asking everyone to hide their post behind a spoiler tag, so I think it's okay to post this.

This is my first post on here so please let me know if I have done something wrong. Thank you!--ShackD (talk) 02:07, October 30, 2014 (UTC)

I did not look through all of the pictures, but "Specialized" achievement: did I just see Merrill? And wasn't that [Redacted] in one of the pictures. Uh oh, I think I just spoiled my game big time. Saba0th (talk) 02:11, October 30, 2014 (UTC)

Think it must've been a crafted armour based on Merril's cause she looked totally like a guy. As for 'the other guy' I'm not sure he was a major spoiler, the only thing it confirms is his appearance in the game, which was pretty much a given. Overall not too spoilery and kinda interesting. SenjiBen (talk) 02:30, October 30, 2014 (UTC)
That didn't look like a guy to me. And she had boobs. :| It might not have been Merrill, but it wasn't a guy too. Maybe just a girl with manly face. Saba0th (talk) 03:12, October 30, 2014 (UTC)
Hmm, yea I guess so, just really butch. I really hope it's not Merril, don't get me wrong, I want to see her in the game, but if that's her, they've taken to her with a chisel and a lot of nerve... again. SenjiBen (talk) 04:15, October 30, 2014 (UTC)
Not to burst the bubble or anything, but the Achievement icons are in the corner of the images. Kind of shows they're a big deal. DeakialSig1 02:34, October 30, 2014 (UTC)
Yes, I saw those. But an icon doesn't say; "This is the main antagonist of the game". I think they just used that pic to describe that difficulty related achievement. Also you see 'him' earlier in the achievements to do with story progression, assuming it's in sequential order of events, if he was the main boss it would make sense to use his pic on one of the last story achievement tiles not the third one. SenjiBen (talk) 04:15, October 30, 2014 (UTC)
His image is actually used for the trophy icon of the 7th story trophy, and most valuable. You can't deny that makes him bigger than everyone thought, I mean clearly involved as the final boss. And they have said that the big bad will be revealed early on in the game. DeakialSig1 11:22, October 30, 2014 (UTC)
Yea I noticed that too, was kinda strange as I didn't see it's relevance with that pic. I'm not denying he might be the main antagonist, but I still doubt it. As powerful as 'he' was 'earlier', I don't think he's strong enough or arrogant enough to be the Elder One from the dev's descriptions. I won't go into an who is/isn't the Elder One debate cause we'll just waste space ;P But I concede he possibly could be, I hope not, a) it'd ruin the surprise and b) I don't think he'd fit the role. But I am sure he's important in the main story line, like that black bony, undead looking dragon used on the other difficulty achievement tile. SenjiBen (talk) 18:12, October 30, 2014 (UTC)

Nice to know that I can now say that they will definitely be in the game. Ever since the artbook leak I've been dying to talk about it. Also, did I read that right? "Solasan temple" .....does solas have a temple? DeakialSig1 02:34, October 30, 2014 (UTC)

So my suspicions were confirmed.

Corypheus is the main antagonist or a least a supporting antagonist. He probably returned to Tevinter after Legacy.

Well nice to know that epileptic tree branch was dealt with.--Aka Hybrid (talk) 15:12, October 30, 2014 (UTC)

I do not believe that Corypheus is the main antagonist because we know that the Elder One is our main antagonist Corypheus may be important enemy in the game but I doubt he's the main antagonist that would just annoy me because he's more darkspawn than magister in legacy I think the Elder One is controlling Corypheus some how --WardenMaster (talk) 15:41, October 30, 2014 (UTC)

With dragons being more numerous in this game, it'd be interesting to have Corypheus be the optional hard boss in the game, in a way similar to the High Dragons or forbidden one bosses in both games, optional and challenging bosses, possibly make it an optional quest with for the wardens.--Jcama (talk) 16:07, October 30, 2014 (UTC)

I heard that it was confirmed (by accident) that Corypheus is not the main antagonist. Somebody managed to not censor a let's play video (though corrected the video after noticing the mistake). Any one can confirm or deny this? It is in the comments [1]. The comment that started the discussion this is about Corypheus being the elder one. --Thraxian (talk) 19:01, October 30, 2014 (UTC)

No. Thats wrong. That video all but confirmed corypheus as the elder one. This list confirms him as the big bad. As does the huge pile of evidence.85.255.234.181 (talk) 19:15, October 30, 2014 (UTC)
Can someone explain how two people made completely different assumptions from one video? I guess I'll Believe it when I see it. Get what I'm saying? Oh and link to the video anyone? I dont think that Cory is the elder one, but I'm often wrong about this sorta thing. I want proof regardless of direction. --Thraxian (talk) 19:30, October 30, 2014 (UTC)
I don't know if said video is still around, if its the one I'm thinking of which revealed the details of the quest "Here lies the abyss" then I've seen the screenshot. But it doesn't point at the dude being the elder one. But this list does point at him being more than just a side-antagonist. Which appears to be disappointing to some people, I find it quite interesting, albeit very obvious. But a good story doesn't have to have a mysterious villain to be good.
