Why is it elven women look so damn good in armor. My elven Mage, Diddles, wore a variety of armors, notably the Warden-Commander armor, the Juggernaut armor, Wade's Superior Armors, the Sentinel armor, etc; and she looked delicious in each of them. It's armor for crying out loud, most of it was massive, but it was like she was wearing the latest second skin fashions; hell, on the WC armor, the griffon just barely fit on the breastplate, which in effect, enhanced her tiny tits. This conundrum seems to be specific to female elven Warden's. Shadizar666 (Ruck Rules) 07:36, February 28, 2013 (UTC)
I'm not sure conundrum is the right word to use but never the less.
I liked how DA manages to make some sets of armor seem feminine without having to show skin or y'know...not be armor. It's a massive pet peeve of mine when fantasy games design high level armor sets for females which are essentially bra and panties. Yes yes, I know animated skin is appealing to some but to me it just looks down right silly.
Having said that, I do like feminine armor that doesn't make my PC look like she's wearing a brick. A lot of armor in DA i think is edited nicely to give an appealing ascetic while still maintaining a tough look.--Tabris.the.great (talk) 07:51, February 28, 2013 (UTC)
- Thank you! I don't understand why female armor in every other RPG is glorified underwear. I mean, I get that it's fanservice, but there's a difference between fanservice and just being utterly ridiculous. Designing the armor to the point where the efficiency of the armor takes a backseat to the titillation of the male players has always been a pet peeve of mine. Kind of like how in comic books, every female apparently has socks in her costume that highlight her breasts. It's just unnecessary.--Lurooke Surana (talk) 05:11, March 4, 2013 (UTC)
The Massive Plates just look better on women period. I find that they're more complimentary to the female figure and look somewhat elegant. Regarding elven women though my City Elf Rogue Laurana wore the Dwarven Massive Armour with The Helm of Corruption and she looked BADASS! --JordanHawker (talk) 08:26, February 28, 2013 (UTC) JordanHawker
