Dragon Age 2 (PC) perfomance Issues caused by notices of quests or the names of the districts that appears every time they are visited

I don't know why but the updates of the quests ( and other notices) and the name of the districts causes a brief stutter every time they appear on screen and I'm moving. Occasionally this also happens when the NPCs are interacting and the speech bubble appears on screen. This is ridiculous since my PC exceeds the recommended specs--GreyWardenMortimus (talk) 18:31, March 29, 2012 (UTC)
