I have sneak and stealing and all that on my main, but I accidentally said I wasn't interested when I talked to him, and he left.. is there any way to find him and still do the Crime Wave quest? Or is there another way to get into Bann Franderel's Manor to complete the Traveler trophy?

No none, you have to talk to him after you have both skills and say the right thing then, if you have already talked to him, your only option is to reload from a save before you talked to him.-rphb- (talk) 20:52, June 4, 2012 (UTC)
