Just found it on BSN, he's one of the characters that was voiced by a winner of Voice Over Contest. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FzzSFtCcPV8 here him here. It's a german version. Maybe it's only a german exclusive?

I don't think that he is exclusive. The scripts for the Voice Over Contest were identical in both languages, so I believe that he may be the Herold who wants the Inquisitor to find the cat. Question would be who the English winner would be. Sharth (talk) 17:08, July 24, 2014 (UTC)
- The English winner is done, forgot his name but they released it a while back. I personally said as much as I don't expect them to do an entire VO in German, as it'll probably have subtitles. So I thought it may be someone else from the Seneschal one. But who knows. 17:20, July 24, 2014 (UTC)
