As our site continues to expand I feel we need an admin team with a wide variety of skills. With a current admin team of one I have felt a need for an extra pair of hands to help with day-today maintenance, policy development, and also to include people with skills I lack (particularly the programming side of things). With that in mind I would like to suggest User:Max21 to our community as a potential admin. Although he is relatively new to the site he has suggested new features (such as the IRC) and several tweaks to improve the look of the site (such as removing the obtrusive white borders around galleries). I feel he will use the admin tools to make the wiki a better place.
That's my view, but I would love to know how the community would feel about Max21 being an admin, so please indicate what you think about him and why.

Although I'm relatively new as registered and contributing member here myself, from what I've seen, it seems to me that someone with Max21's dedication and skills would definitely be of great benefit to the wiki. E.g. I've witnessed him spot a question on a talk page, solve the underlying problem, fix it and post a reply, all in less than 15 minutes.

While it's true that he hasn't been around long, it looks to me like Max21 has both the time and the drive to be a huge asset to this wiki. His technical skills are another very big plus. -Vim- 03:43, May 24, 2010 (UTC)

I just want to make a comment that this might seem a little premature, but as Loleil has stated, I can work at full force if I have the sysop rights. I understand the boundaries of such a position and am currently working on proposing some general/structural policies.
