well im a bit sad to be honest but im also happy i want this game to be amazing and if they need the time, they need the time i just wonder if Dragon age keep is also going to be delayed :( i wanted to set up my wardens, hawks and so on early. do you think they will give us a demo or a character creator around the time of the first release to "appease us" or smth? i hope soFaye Cousland (talk) 15:32, July 23, 2014 (UTC)

I'm fine with it. I'm unfamiliar with the development process of videogames so feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. I'm guessing they found a major bug/glitch or someone spilled something on something important and they need the extra time to fix it.--KCMueller (talk) 16:37, July 23, 2014 (UTC)

as we may know, Dragon Age: Inquisition's release date has been delayed for over a month, from Oct 7 to Nov 18. as much as I'm pissed because I have to wait a longer time for the game, I think I can accept this daring decision that dev has reached because I dont want it to be like DA2 all over again. and actually this give me more time for saving to upgrade my PC. So I just want to know what you guys think about this? happy? sad? disappointed?--Iddawiki (talk) 12:17, July 23, 2014 (UTC)

Happy. They did a daring thing, and if they want to make a decent game, with the potential of a future instalment, I'm cool with it. Lazare326 12:21, July 23, 2014 (UTC)

It seems to be necessary but I'm not happy about it. What I do notice with several gaming companies is that they are real bad in managing plannings. - You either foresee sufficient time in your initial planning that takes into account potential risks of delay - or If you fail to deliver on time you increase your staffing in order to hit the Targetdate All delays have a negative financial impact on your company as you need to restaff the new projects that you were gonna staff with the guys you were gonna free up once this project was over and the overall budget of your initial project risks to explode as statisticaly the costratio for delay's is heavier when you need to add mandays to your project then when you initially foresaw the extra mandays in your initial project scope. I'm looking forward to the first gaming company who is able to deliver early. That would be a nice surprise. --Signed-- Deco
