Swatch of the Jackyard is an Act 2 side quest in Dragon Age II.
Acquisition[]
During Raiders on the Cliffs, loot Fell Orden to obtain the Swatch of the Jackyard and a new quest will appear in your journal.
From Hawke's journal: "Sailcloth bearing the sign of The Fifth Wind, a pirate vessel once active on the Waking Sea. A prize find for any shipspotter along the docks."
Walkthrough[]
Head to Docks and talk to the Ship Spotter on the center dock.
