Nyssa is Huon's wife and works for a dressmaker in Lowtown.
Involvement[]
Nyssa is involved in the quest On the Loose. Nyssa tells Hawke that she hadn't seen Huon in almost a decade when the templars came to question her, but that he has since made contact and promised to return for her soon. She mentions that he said he would arrive by nightfall. Hawke can agree to protect her.
When Hawke returns during the evening, they arrive just in time to see Nyssa killed by Huon. The mage, clearly insane, justifies that her blood will bring back power to the People.
If Hawke has Anders in his party while talking to Meredith upon the completion of the quest, depending upon what they say, Anders will emphasize Meredith's role in the subsequent deaths, claiming that Nyssa might still have lived if Meredith had not taken Huon from her.
