A man that once tried to make a pass at Isabela, he was quickly humiliated in front of his group. When he claims he knows everything there is to know going on in Kirkwall, Isabela contracts his services to locate a relic that she was hired to find.[1]

Involvement[]
Hawke encounters Lucky with Isabela at the Hanged Man. Lucky threatens Isabela, demanding payment for his group, but he and his men are quickly subdued and humiliated. Isabela later claims he lied to her about what he knew about Kirkwall.
