The Quest for the Red Lyrium Reapers was a promotional minigame available on BioWare's official Dragon Age: Inquisition website. Completing the game would unlock the Red Lyrium Reapers Weapons Pack promotional DLC for Dragon Age: Inquisition.
Gameplay[]
In the game, character trailers for Vivienne, Iron Bull and Varric Tethras as well as the Inquisitor in The Breach trailer are played. Afterwards the Inquest version of the trailer would become available.
Throughout each inquest trailer were 3 hidden Inquest Elements which needed to be located and clicked on. The elements appeared as a small field of green mist hovering over a part of the screen.
Each time the player clicked on a hidden icon, an image from Dragon Age: Inquisition and audio of a codex entry would play. Once all 3 hidden elements had been found in the trailers for Vivienne, Iron Bull and Varric, the Breach trailer featuring the Inquisitor would unlock.

After watching the Breach trailer, the inquest version of the trailer will become available. At three points during the trailer, a discovery bar will appear above the trailer index scroll bar at the bottom of the screen. Above each of these extra discovery bars, a small green orb icon will appear and quickly disappear. The orb icon must be clicked on. Once clicked on, the icon can be dragged back and forth across the extra discovery bar, frame by frame. By dragging the icon, the player must locate the exact frame which contains a hidden Inquest Element.
Once all three elements had been found, the Red Lyrium Reapers Weapons Pack were unlocked for use in Dragon Age: Inquisition.
Acquisition in-game[]
To acquire these weapons in game the player must first reach Skyhold. The weapons can be found in a chest in the Undercroft of Skyhold after completing the war table operation Acquire the Arcanist.
