Notes[]

  • When the player controls a Tempest under the effects of Flask of Lightning, everyone except the Tempest moves, attacks, uses abilities and consumables at reduced speed; and have buffs and debuffs run at reduced speed. Meanwhile, their cooldowns, stamina and mana regeneration; and barrier decay run at normal speed, meaning that party members actually experience a significant cooldown reduction and increase in stamina and mana regeneration relative to normal.
  • When the AI controls a Tempest under the effects of Flask of Lightning, the Tempest moves, attacks, uses abilities and consumables; and have buffs run significantly quicker than everyone else. Debuffs on the Tempest run at normal speed. Meanwhile, everyone except the Tempest is unaffected by Flask of Lightning.

Bugs[]

  • Typically, a flask cannot be used while another is active; however, there is a brief window during the animation of Flask of Lightning where another flask can be activated. The effects of both flasks apply simultaneously. When used in conjunction with Flask of Fire (upgraded by Unquenchable Flames) and Throwing Blades (upgraded by Precision Targeting), the Tempest can deal unparalleled damage to a single target, especially if the AI controls the Tempest for the duration.
