Evets is the leader of a group of bandits, operating in the Free Marches, called Evets' Marauders. Lieutenant Jalen of the Kirkwall City Guard mentions there is a large bounty on his head.

Involvement[]

This section contains spoilers for:
Dragon Age II.

During the quest Raiders on the Cliffs, the majority of the Evets' Marauders are cornered by the City Guard of Kirkwall. If Hawke does not assist, the City Guard is defeated and the Marauders escape. If Hawke kills the Marauders then Evets himself will confront Hawke three years later at the eastern entrance of the Wounded Coast—seeking vengeance for his fallen comrades. There is no way to avoid combat and Evets is killed in the ensuing confrontation.

Evets' Marauders[]

Evets leads a band of infamous criminals. A few years before 9:34 Dragon, Evets Marauders led a daylight assault on Kirkwall's Keep to rescue one of their number, who had been captured by the City Guard. The Kirkwall City Guard consider Evets' Marauders to be a major threat.

Only two members of Evets Marauders are named:

  • Fell Orden: a blood mage, feared by the City Guard. He leads Evets' Marauders when they are cornered by the Kirkwall City Guard during the quest Raiders on the Cliffs.
  • Victor Longdeath: an archer. He displays his skill during the quest Raiders on the Cliffs, when he looses an arrow that strikes a guardsman through his visor and kills him.

Both Fell Orden and Victor Longdeath are killed if Hawke assists the City Guard with assaulting the raiders during the quest.
