This Run-Down Back Street is one of the many back alleys in the streets of Denerim.
Involvement[]
The Warden must deal with the gang here (as well as two more in the Dark Alley and Dirty Back Alley) to finish the Back Alley Justice questline. The Warden will also find the Hooded Courier for Grease the Wheels and entrance to the Dirty Hovel for Dereliction of Duty.

Special objects[]
- Ser Friden's corpse - looting his journal from his corpse initiates the Last Request questline and unlocks the Deserted Building on the city map.
Bugs[]
- This location can already be seen on the Denerim City Map prior to accepting the Back Alley Justice questline. Traveling to this location before accepting the aforementioned quest will create an encounter with a group of Thugs. After killing them this quest will be added to the Journal; however, when the quest is updated later (after visiting the other locations) a number of bugs may occur, such as failing to register the fight or not adding the other locations on the Denerim City Map. It is recommended to not venture to the Run-Down Back Street until the Back Alley Justice questline has been initiated.
