They can be found in the Everd's Armor Chest during the Proving Loyalties quest in the Dwarf Commoner Origin.

- This item is removed once the Proving Loyalties quest ends. There is no way to prevent this or sell it beforehand.
- Shares the same appearance as Dwarven Noble Armored Boots and Dwarven Massive Armored Boots.
