- Wynne is equipped with an Enchanter's Staff (scaled based on player level).
- Purchased from the Quartermaster at Ostagar (other goods), the unscrupulous merchant in Lothering, and Cesar in Denerim Market District.
- Awarded by Arl Eamon to the Warden for reviving him when the Warden is a mage (and Isolde was sacrificed), or by Isolde if she promised a reward.
- Sometimes found in magi treasure containers (boss rank).
