- According to the official guide, this belt is supposed to be received from Sandal in Act 3 as a reward for saving him during the Deep Roads Expedition. However, as of patch 1.04, it doesn't appear in the game.
- There is a mod that restores numerous items that became unobtainable via normal means. The mod can be downloaded here.
