| Description:
| The blood mage forcibly controls the target’s blood, making the target an ally of the caster unless it passes a mental resistance check. If the target resists, it still takes great damage from the manipulation of its blood. Creatures without blood are immune.

- Spirit Damage (over time): 100.0 + Spellpower. If a target fails mental resistance check vs. the attacker's spellpower, it becomes the caster's ally for 20.0 * (Target Rank Duration Modifier) sec.
- Range: 25m.
- Conjuration time: 1s.
- In addition to damage-based Threat, 100 Threat is drawn from the target.

- Requires active ability: Blood Magic.
- Activation base is in Health and values vary with fatigue%.
- Spirit Damage values are displayed in the game as the color: Purple.
- Arcane Warrior Spellcasting: The spell can be cast with your weapon(s) drawn.
- Using this spell on the last standing enemy counts as ending a battle, allowing you to save and do things you couldn't do in battle if need be.
- No XP is granted if a charmed enemy dies, nor is any XP granted if the charmed enemy directly kills a former ally. Walking Bomb or Virulent Walking Bomb cast prior to Blood Control will still result in experience if the explosion kills an enemy.
