Blighted werewolves are werewolves tainted by darkspawn. They appear as a werewolf with pitch-black fur with the flesh and muscle around their head gone, giving them a skeletal head.
They only appear in Dragon Age: Origins - Awakening, roaming the Blackmarsh.
