Baron Arlange is an Orlesian noble who appears in Mark of the Assassin. Like Hawke, he was invited to hunt a wyvern by Duke Prosper.

After Hawke and their companions kill the wyvern, Arlange shows up and tells Hawke that he was the one supposed to win the hunt. He then tells his soldier to kill the Champion of Kirkwall. At the end of the fight, Hawke has to choose what will become of Arlange. He can decide whether to kill him, let him live or to let the Duke decide.
Result
If Hawke chose to spare Baron Arlange, he will come back after Hawke agrees to join Tallis. Pretending he always knew Hawke was a traitor, he'll try to kill him/her but he will be killed by Hawke.
