Alamar is a city in Ferelden, though not located on the main land. Alamar is actually located on a small island at the mouth of the Waking Sea. Due to its proximity to Brandel's Reach, a rocky island commonly occupied by raiders, Alamar is not "considered a prime place to live."^[1]

Trivia Edit

• The island is most likely called after the Alamarri who once occupied the lands of today's Ferelden.
