I have been considering your last letter, and as I do owe you a debt of gratitude for handling the Cumberland incident, I think I have found something that may solve your mystery.
I have an acquaintance in Minrathous who has a brother in that Circle's College of Antiquities. A few favors, and he may be able to translate your ancient text. But I should warn you: they are likely to be costly favors. Still, this may be your most promising avenue.

- Accepting the "Venture Forth" dialogue option will transport the Inquisitor directly to Frederic, at his camp, in the Western Approach.

- "Anaximander" is a reference to the pre-Socratic philosopher of the same name.
Bugs[]
- If the side quest Sharper White Claws has progressed for enough to where the White Claw Raiders have been killed and the aforementioned quest has not yet been turned in to Frederic, with the dialogue option: "The raiders are dead.", turning in the translated manuscript and completing this quest will make him assume that it has already been completed, thus removing the dialogue option.
- This in turn will cause the quest to remain incomplete in the journal, with no reward granted; however, the quest chain will still advance to it's conclusion, The Abyssal High Dragon. Therefore it is recommended that the Inquisitor turn in Sharper White Claws prior to completing this operation.
